Home2 Suites by Hilton Cape Canaveral Cruise Port

We stayed in room on the 6th floor. It was very quite and the room was very clean. Front office staff was very friendly when we arrived. We walked around the hotel and enjoyed sitting outside. The fitness room was nice as well. Plenty of parking and they have a small "store" behind the front desk where items can purchased. We enjoyed the location to the port. Breakfast was good as well. We would stay here again. Thank you!

I've been here for a few weeks and am really enjoying this hotel! It's beautiful and a great location with ample parking, lots of public gathering spaces, and lovely decor in the public areas and in the rooms. A large gym open 24 hours, laundry, etc. People departing on cruise ships use this hotel since it is super close to the port. There is such a crowded, buzzy, happy vibe. It is packed Friday-Monday morning with families heading out to have fun together, then empties out. My view is over the pool -- very pretty -- and my room is huge and well equipped. The staff are nice. Their maintenance guy is super good. The first night I arrived the sink wasn't draining well; he fixed it immediately. Overall the staff are responsive but for some reason, getting zero balance receipts for our team so that we can put in our weekly travel vouchers, has been hard and required multiple asks each week. But overall, no problems at all. This hotel is soooo busy. I bet it is a lot for the staff to keep up with, but they do it with grace.

The hotel was great. Breakfast was great. I loved that you had breakfast lines with different things. That is because there are two hotels in one building. I definitely loved the fact that it is right next to the cruise ports. We will definitely be staying here again.

Booked a room here on a whim, to get away from neighborhood fireworks (12/31) that means nobody in our house sleeps for hours. What a gem! First off, it's two hotels in one, and the signage by the road could be bigger (Hampton Inn and Home2; we stayed on the Home 2 side). We had a very friendly welcoming and enjoyed the huge lobby. Our room was amazing and quite spacious for our family of 4. In the evening we loved sitting by the fire, sipping hot chocolate (free in the lobby). Husband went to the bar and had a drink (he said it was very good). In the morning, we were told we could access both hotel breakfasts. We walked through one and then walked through the other. We enjoyed items from both and had a HUGE breakfast. As in, husband and I didn't eat again until dinner. We both agreed that was the best hotel breakfast we've had in the States. We enjoyed scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, chicken breast patties, Belgian waffles, and muffins. There were a ton more options between the two hotels, this is just what we ate. Side note, we checked out and drove 5 minutes to the beach. While there, we got a call from the hotel. Housekeeping found out toiletrie kit. We were able to return to the hotel to pick it up and we were thankful for the honest crew! The only thing that would make this place better is if it was on the beach.

Nice new hotel with large rooms, had early check-in at 1pm, nice pool area with plenty of covered seating. Excellent location, plenty of parking. Good rates.

Great new hotel with a kitchenette and beautiful rooms. Only setback was that they don't offer their own shuttle to the ship port and their 3rd party shuttle service is $10 per person. Besides that, I definitely recommend those property

This was just a quick stop before our cruise. Staff were great! Friendly and welcoming. This was my first time experiencing a holiday/home 2 Suites in one building. A perfect concept; however it almost "got" me! I think the bathrooms could have been cleaner as well as the sheets. If you are cruising, we left the hotel at 940 and were on the ship having brunch at 1030a. Our kids were in the pool by 1120a. That's how close you are and how perfectly it can work if you have early check in. We will be staying here again for our next cruise.

It was very clean and comfortable. I travel somewhat and sometimes the beds are not comfortable or the place is not too clean, but here it was exactly how I would want it to be. There is a breakfast time for all, if anyone is interested, and the lobby is large enough for so many people.
